One would not normally see a connection between eyes and teeth when it comes to wellness and health, but a recent research study conducted by the State University of New York suggests that there is indeed a co-relation between an individual’s dental health and glaucoma. This study indicates that those who had undergone more dental work or had fewer natural teeth, had a higher incidence of open-angle glaucoma.
