Syntonics light therapy is all about the brain-eye connection. It’s all about tapping into the parasympathetic nervous system to shift the body to a state of “rest and digest”. It can be used to treat anything from eye related conditions to mood improvement and balance! ⠀
The FOCUS VISION THERAPY clinic was officially launched at Eyes Focused on You in Georgetown and is already making such a difference. The clinic is a natural extension of Dr. Teske & Associates’ primary vision care practice and is now an integral part of our holistic approach to healthcare. It provides patients with another powerful tool in their healthcare toolbox that will help them experience the full function of their eyes, and optimal health and wellness.
Here at Dr. Teske and Associates we are all about ensuring that all our patients leave feeling CARED FOR. Here Rosie is explaining how vision therapy in combination with the sp1ke mat has created yet another success story for one of our patients. This is the reason why we do what we do and the reward is in knowing we are able to change lives in our clinic. We are Better Together.
Another Wellness Event Success brought to you by the BETTER TOGETHER team. Doctors, nurses, politicians, integrative health experts, massage therapists, personal trainers, sales representatives and patients, and a YOUR TV Cogeco all in an optometrist's office! Not a regular occurrence! Most importantly education was shared and wellness created! Thank you to Mr. Rick Bonnette our mayor for taking the time to come and learn what we are doing and to Maui Jim and Boiron for supporting our event! We are BETTER TOGETHER.
We are extremely proud to announce that Rosie McRoberts has successfully completed the Practical Vision Therapy Accreditation Program. Thank you Rosie for your dedication and commitment
Our eyes are the window to the rest of the body. Often eyes are forgotten when it comes to taking care of our health. We don't realize the importance of vision and how it impacts the rest of our body until there is a concern. It is critical to wellness to be proactive not reactive to your health. Since May is Vision Health Month, it is an important reminder to think about our eyes and learn about the simple steps we can take to keep them healthy.
